"It was excellent. They clean the ceramic tile floor and I was surprised how they cleaned it. They were professional and very knowledgeable in explaining what they're going to do."

"No problems with gutter cleaning.  However, company did not complete "minor repair" to gutter that I requested and was told could be completed."

"Kim was very professional, and detailed. She and her staff, cleaned my home top to bottom (3000sq ft). She cleaned out the refrigerator and all bathrooms immaculately. Well worth the price charged! Excellent service!"

"On time and efficient. Very thorough with cleaning and communications"

"I had 2 Chinese carpets that had not been cleaned in a couple of years. My husband and I had planned on doing it this year, but with his passing I was afraid I would just have to live with dirty carpets. Was I wrong! While they were just taken today, I am looking forward to them coming back as clean as my current carpets are today after being cleaned by Revive and Restore! Amazing job!- Competent and helpful workers."

"Excellent!! I was very happy with the cleaning & work ethic of the ladies."

"Originally scheduled 3 rooms and stairwell to be steam cleaned.  Upon arrival, I asked about adding two old chairs...Phillip, the owner said, "no problem."  Phillip was assisted by a young Hispanic gentleman, Barancha? ...both were extremely professional and careful within my home.
Although I had prepped (disassembled beds) and moved smaller furniture, larger sofas and armoires they assisted in moving from the wall, cleaning the carpet behind and moving back.  They were prompt...even called ahead to verify times and that I was home, though Phillip does tell clients that he operates on a 2 hour window because he wants to be thorough and sometimes a job takes more time.  They spent about 2 hours at my place in Edgefield and he was heading to Augusta for two more.  A Family owned business, you can tell that both men thrive on word of mouth and quality work.  I'm even referring them to my mom to do her carpet.
I'm a retired Marine Officer and can be difficult when it comes to reviews....Mr Steam in Augusta gets my highest rating.
