"I called to set up an appointment for an estimate. They were booked for 5 days so I was fine with that. When the manager called and I told him how much water was being lost from a water line I had someone at my door in 30 minutes. Wow! They said it was an emergency and found a couple of men to work on our problem that afternoon. There was someone working on the line until after 11 pm. It was 23 degrees and we begged them to go home much earlier but they refused to leave until we had water. The price was very reasonable. "The septic tank was pumped satisfactorily. The problem we had was that our gate and latching mechanism were damage by his employee doing the work. We were told that the gate was damaged. We called Mr Andrews after we discovered that gate was damaged. Mr Andrews told me that his employees were independent contractors and were responsible for any damages that occur. Mr Andrews asked me to send him pictures and a description of the damage. He said he would have his independent contractor contact me to resolve the issue. To date we have not heard from his independent contractor or Mr Andrews to resolve the issue The company does a good pumping your septic tank but doesn't take care of any damages that they cause. "Rather than fix the issue the first 2 calls, more refrigerant was pumped into the system. This cost me $75 for each call plus the cost of the refrigerant. The 3rd time, they fixed a valve and refilled the refrigerant and I am monitoring to see if this really fixed the problem. So I am out $225 for service calls fro the same problem and the cost of the refrigerant. I think they take this approach intentionally."
