He simply reviewed the inspection report and gave me an estimate based on that and the pictures in the report which was awesome because I didn't have leave work to be present for another appointment or move anything around he just took care of it. We even had to cancel at one point and put the repairs on hold for a couple of weeks and when we called back to reschedule, he was out within the week! He even gave us ideas on possible repairs for a couple of other things while he was there. We are trying to move and sell our house and it has just been crazy the last couple of months.
