Same old story-- sales agent comes by, hear the pitch, sugar coats that it will be sub contractors working on the project, and then a wild range of quotes. Not a comforting process, especially for the major project (new deck/pergola) that we wanted. I had already gone through this process with other project bids and had mixed results, like everyone else. So when David came by and said only him and his sons would be building the deck--he had my attention. Suffice to say, our high expectations were exceeded.
