"The company showed up when they said they would and completed the job within the time frame that they stated. Communication was a little rough with the field, but communication with the office was very responsive. Considering the extent of the work and the constraints within which they had to work, there was remarkably little collateral damage done. Unfortunately I was not able to witness the work before it was covered up and so I cannot comment on the quality of the installation, but can say that the company did a good job protecting the surrounding landscaped areas and seemed contentious and thoughtful in their approach to the work. I would definitely work with them again."

"Waldo and his guys were honest and straightforward in evaluating my sewer problem: they told me what needed to be done and as importantly, what didn't need to be done. Another company came out and stated that the entire line had to be replaced, even though most of it is PVC since a remodel in the 90s. Waldo answered my questions directly, telling me how they would approach it and what could happen that would involve more work and therefore most cost. Even with these caveats their bid was anywhere from 20 to 60% cheaper than other bids we got. They sent me a video of the completed work showing replacement of the broken pipe as well as the rest of the sewer line. With the five year warranty, I feel peace of mind and confidence that they will stand by their work. If there is any downside, it's that they are very busy so sometimes it takes a bit to get back to you. But I never felt put off or neglected. Definitely will use them in the future for any plumbing work that comes up."

He communicated every step of the way the details of what he was doing and/or asking me questions prior to him moving to the next step. Very professional and respectful - he is going to be my first choice for all my plumbing needs. He also repaired the faucet where I hook the hose up in the garage. That had been out of service for 5 years. The process was fast- he contacted me Sunday he came the following Tuesday and finished Wednesday."
