"I hired Aaron Martinez to redo all the floors in the house I bought, hardwood, LVP, and tile. For me, he is the perfect contractor because he is skilled and experienced enough to do a great job, and it is a small enough business that I always felt like my job was important to him (unlike some larger contractors I quoted the project with). They insisted on sending a sales rep in person so we could get an accurate quote. We trusted that. Big mistake. After agreeing to the price, they demanded full payment upfront before even ordering the carpet ? which should have been our first clue that this company operates on red flags. Then installation day arrives: 12/22/2025, a date they promised so our home would be ready before Christmas with family visiting. The installers walk in and immediately hit us with, ?Oh, by the way, you owe another $350 because the salesman miscounted seams.?
