He took the time to explain his process, his timeline and costs. He answered all of our questions. He came over prior to the project starting to show us on our floor what the finish selections would look like. This was a huge help! He started the project on time and finished a half day early. We loved the finished product! We highly recommend Mark Dolan for any type of hardwood floor refinish. He also does handyman work. We were very pleased and impressed!"
