"Went beyond my expectations. Henry and his crew were so careful about plants already in the yard, worked around them to lay drip lines, then planted the perennials and added mulch. They worked longer than they thought they'd have to, due to scraping weeds, and held to original estimate. I pushed to pay him a little more but he said No, just part of the job. "The project involved replacing the mulch, weed liner, and, rock around the home. Its been 14 years since the landscaping was refreshed. There was also an issue with the rock that was placed along the fence line for drainage along with an issue of drainage behind the garagel. The rest of the project was freshining up the mulch and trimming some bushes back. Rock N Block came out and did measurments and a quick drawing of the work to be done and then followed up with an email listing the costs. Almost all of the other estimates were just verbal quotes. Rock N Block came in much lower than the other quotes (maybe because it was early in the season). I accepted teh quotes and they came out to clean out the mulch and rock along with trimming and removing some bushes. The following day they put down new liner, mulch and rocks. The result was exceptional and I will consider them for working on the lawn next year."

"Rich Che and the CNS Empire Landscape crew did fabulous improvements on our family home in Wheat Ridge. They corrected drainage on three sides of an addition so water flows away from the house instead of into the crawlspace; replaced 30 feet of exit pipe from the perimeter drain around the foundation of the addition; installed new sod; and removed weeds from landscaped rock areas in the front yard. The improvements look great. Shortly afterwards, I engaged an inspector to check the foundation. The inspector said he visits about 400 houses each year, and this drainage remediation is among the best he’s seen."
