"Chester and the crew at Above & Beyond Construction are great! They completed our home addition and we look forward to working with them again on any future construction or home projects. Project - home addition above existing garage (bedroom and full bath) Budget - the stated budget was the final cost. Any additional costs associated with the project were well communicated (before the work was done) so we were not shocked or surprised. Craftsmanship/Work - the crews arrived on time and ready to work. They showed great respect to our house and neighbors. If they saw something that they were concerned about, it was addressed and discussed. The go out of their way to do it right, the first time. Chester was also able to find subcontractors that performed quality work that were budget friendly and timely (for example, we didn't have to wait days/weeks for an electrician/plumber to show up). We felt like we were their top priority even though they had other projects they were working on. Permits - Chester and crew handled the permits and communicated the project with our architect. His crew would also meet with the City for the permit inspections, which were approved on the first inspection because he and his crew do things the right way. They were very knowledgeable about what the City wants/prefers so inspection/permit process was easy. Communication - Chester was our main contact but we also felt comfortable talking with any crew members about our concerns. Chester was always available and just a phone call away to help resolve any problem or also answer any questions we might have about the process and next steps as the addition was being completed. It was great working with Chester and his team at Above & Beyond Construction and we would recommend him and his team."

"My experience with Salvador and his team went so well that I don't think I will hire any other company for future projects! My bathroom was very, very dated and needed to be fully gutted. Salvador gave me a fair price for all the work it needed and worked very hard to work within that budget. His team is the best I've ever had. Salvador is RESPONSIVE. He would text me back, call me back, and show up whenever I needed his input. His team, led by Eduardo, and supported by Oscar and a few other fantastic crew members, had all the qualities I wanted in a renovation team. 1) THEY NEVER SAID NO. The gentlemen had a solution for every hiccup, and every unforeseen issue that came up in the project. Additionally, all my creative ideas were incorporated into the renovation, and they ALWAYS found a way to make my design come to life. 2) RESPECT IS THEIR PRIORITY. I had two very young sleeping babies who had specific schedules during this big project. Eduardo and his team always respected the kids' demanding schedule by tiptoeing while they napped and closing doors very quietly, working with my children in mind--and I didn't even have to ask them to do this. The gentlemen were courteous, respectful, and considerate every day for the time they worked in my home. 3) THEY ARE SMART AND CREATIVE. Salvador, Eduardo, and Oscar gave me feedback and creative input during the project that really saved me time and helped me reach the vision I hoped for. The end result: my friends and family tell me that my new bathroom looks like it belongs in a hotel and a magazine. I can't thank Salvador enough for all the great work he and his team did!"

"First and foremost, Coach House builds an excellent garage. They use their employees, and it was put up in one day. The issue is with their sub contractors -specifically the concrete and electrical. The rainy spring delayed the pouring of the concrete, which they could not help. Once they completed the pour, it appeared as though there were rough spots on the floor. I sent pictures to my sales person and his sales manager and was told it was concrete dust. The ridges were clearly visible in the picture. Then I was told it was discoloration and would “cure” over time. No one came out to visually inspect the issue until much later in the build project. Weeks later, the crew came out to do the build and they did a great job. Punctual, thorough, and as mentioned, built a very nice garage. Then we waited for the electrical. They had to make three trips because, 1st they did not have the correct PVC pipe after digging the trench. A week and half later, after having a deep trench left open, they returned. The journeyman electrician left the fuse box ajar, a 1/4” gap where they cut the drywall, the exterior lights on either side of the garage were hung at different heights (I had clearly marked them with masking tape as instructed by the salesperson) and screwed the base of the lights directly into the garage wall vs. using the brackets that were provided. At this point, our frustration level was pretty high. The electrical issues were fixed, and my sales person finally came out to look at the concrete. Realizing there truly was an issue with the concrete, their first solution was for us to have an epoxy floor put down. Second solution was to go halves on an epoxy floor. Neither option was acceptable as we should not have to pay for their mistake. They finally offered to take care of the floor at their cost, but at this point, we had already waited for 4 months for the garage to be complete, and frankly did not want any more of their subcontractors to do any work. After much back and forth, we finalized the invoice. Again, the garage itself is great, but there were too many issues involved with the rest of it."

"I’ve always wanted a second bathroom. I contacted JK Complete R&C. Jack came to my home and assessed the would be project. Jack gave me a reasonable price, start and proposed finish date. Then I met the crew John, Mike and Ziggy. We had a great relationship. Everything that was to be accomplished was explained to me on a daily bases. By the end of the project we had a bond and it felt like family. I also learned quite a bit in the process. I am total fascinated with my new bathroom. "My friend recommended RO construction, and I was really happy with how everything turned out. Another company redid my floors, but they messed up lifting the ceramic tiles, which damaged the concrete. This made the wood floor uneven. The company refused to fix it by leveling the concrete. So, I got referred to RO construction, and they pulled up the floors, leveled the concrete, and put everything back. I was totally satisfied."
