First of all the professionalism and detail used to get the information for the start of the project by Pete was excellent. We worked with him to explain what we wanted and he came back with a detailed plan that was broken down to each part of the process that was easy to understand and follow so we knew what to expect. Once work started it went smoothly and everything was looking great. Unfortunately Covid through a wrench into all plans and we came to a halt. Pete and Steve worked with us and kept us informed until things could start up again. It took a while but the end result was excellent. I would highly recommend Epic for the excellent workmanship and for there efforts to complete the project through some very trying times. This price tag was on the high end, but that may have been due to either the high price of lumber at the time (Canadian wildfires) or the customer cabinetry that we needed or both. There were a few instances where I was glad we were on sight as I don’t know if the errors we saw would have been caught prior to them being installed. The upfront design and visualization is top notch, as is the quality of the material. The labor used to install was three star at best."
