The reason I removed one star is because I believe the quoted contract price, specifically for allowances, can improve. You should expect to add a minimum of $20,000 to your contract price. I also recommend referring to your contract throughout to ensure you aren’t getting an extra charge for something that should be included. Like I said, the quality of work is fantastic, but the up front pricing can improve."

"I contacted High Quality Painting LLC to repaint my fence after severely neglecting it for many years. Most of the paint was already stripped or peeling away, and had been for years, so there was significant damage to the wood as well. They were very confident about identifying the damaged boards and replacing them as well. When they got started, they found quite a few more damaged boards, and ultimately replaced more than what was quoted at no charge. They also recommended I get the fence stained instead of repainted, which is something I had not considered, and am very glad they pointed me in that direction because I think it will help prevent many of the problems I had in the future and be much easier to maintain. The workers were professional and willing to show up on incredibly hot days in between the rainy days to get the work done. I brought up another issue with the gate of the fence rubbing when opened, and that was also fixed at no charge which I appreciated."

"They did a wonderful job, from first contact to the last time they walked out of the house. I had them finish about 1/3 of my unfinished basement into a completely finished room. Jolanta was engaging, detailed and professional in the original visit to see the scope of what I wanted done. She asked good questions and provided some good suggestions. She had a quote back to me within a few days that was detailed and helped me understand exactly what I was paying for. The work crew were all polite, respectful of my family and of my house. They cleaned after themselves each day. The work took about two weeks to complete and it seemed that they stayed on task every hour of each day. They obviously, to my untrained eye, knew what they were doing and took pride in their work. The result is amazing and I am very happy! I HIGHLY recommend Excellent Remodeling! They truly are EXCELLENT!!!!"

Then I met the crew John, Mike and Ziggy. We had a great relationship. Everything that was to be accomplished was explained to me on a daily bases. By the end of the project we had a bond and it felt like family. I also learned quite a bit in the process. I am total fascinated with my new bathroom.
