"This pro did a great job! They completely renovated our 99 year old home. They tore out and replaced everything inside, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and even the old, out of code wall studs that were discovered when the walls were taken out. They replaced all doors and windows as well to give a seamless look inside and out. They also added needed accessibility features. Outside, Imperial 1 replaced siding on the back porch and garage, replaced the garage roof, replaced a sagging sidewalk, and cleaned up the exterior bricks. They worked with our lender's consultant, appraisers, inspectors and the village building department to give us a beautiful new home on time and within budget. "We are moving and placing our house on the market. We have a full finished basement that was completed 30 years ago and felt that the ceiling need some attention and upgrade to be more current standars. We met with Angelo of AP Builder & General Contractor about our desire to replace the acoustic ceiling tiles. As we looked things over we discussed the lighting situation as well which was also 30 years old and decided that replacing the lighting with current LED lighting would show off the basement better to prospective buyers. We got a quote within a day and then they were patient to wait until we had some other decisions on the sale made before we officially contracted. Once we signed the contact they had the materials secured, team assigned and the project complete in a week which was sooner than originally estimated to complete the job.
