Once again, they were very professional. They had two false starts due to extreme winter weather and I was glad they didn't attempt an unsafe installation. "Professional outfit.  They inspected the house and issued a quote promptly.  The quote was detailed and complete, the price was excellent and the quality of products being quoted were highly rated by Consumer's Report.  I contacted them and asked for a few alterations to improve the quality of the job.  The second quote was produced promptly and with only minimal upcharges for the changes that I requested.  They started the job within the time frame agreed upon.  They tore off the old roof and re-installed the new roof in a single day, despite some weather challenges.  The quality of the work was excellent.  The staff was friendly, they took extra care not to damage the property or shrubbery and they thoroughly cleaned up after the job.  From what I observed the staff is efficient and everyone had a task and knew what to do.  The owner Jesse Raynor was on site supervising and participating in the work the entire time.
I would highly recommend that anyone wanting to re-roof their house give these guys a shot, they are a small firm, but top notch.

"We were very pleased with the job that Full Phase Gutters did installing new seamless gutters and downspouts for our house. They were nice enough to come by and give us an estimate very early on a rainy morning since it was the only time we could see them. We liked it that they have three kinds of gutters to choose from, and they showed us pictures of each. Their "Gutter Helmet" was just the type of gutter we wanted since we've always had a big problem with seedlings, leaves, and twigs clogging our gutters. The team did a superb job of installing the gutters on our house, making sure to put the downspouts exactly the way we wanted. Both gutters and downspouts look great! We really appreciated it that Full Phase care about doing a good job and making their customers happy.

"I found this contractor through one of the Angie's List "Big Deals."  Matt responded very quickly to the initial purchase of his deal (roof maintenance and $100.00 credit for repairs), and was out to the job site within a few days.  He sized the work, gave me a verbal description of what additional work needed to be done and an estimate of the cost, and ultimately completed the work within 5 business days.  Note:  all of this was done by phone and text, since the property is seasonal and I do not live in the area.
I cannot comment on the quality because I have not seen the result other than in pictures.  But I trust that the work was done as described, and would use this vendor again.
