"Home Project Relief was great with the two projects I hired them for. Tristan came out to give a quote, and we scheduled. He arrived on the day we had agreed to meet, on time, with what he needed to do the job. I had a ceiling with water damage from an upstairs toilet and some rotting wood trim on an exterior door. The repairs to both were completed in the timeframe to which we had agreed and exceeded my expectations in quality. I will note that you also would not know he had been there - except for the repair being finished. There was no debris from work done left behind. I am writing this review the day after service was complete and have already referred this company to a friend of mine. I plan to hire them again for other home improvement projects in the future."

"Finding good, trustworthy and reliable contractors nowadays is so difficult..I searched high and low, almost like an interview process. When one contractor would seem like a good fit, they would disappear. Another contractor would come along and half the time I wouldn’t get my quote or drawings. I even had a contractor tell me a price without bothering to tell me where my money was going. This was not my experience with Beautiful Basements. I enjoyed the process from start to finish.. Dan, the owner, personally came to my home to collaborate with me and explain ways that would improve the quality of my space while helping me understand why certain ideas may or may not be in my budget. He even told me ways in which I could save money. What a rarity!! By understanding all the facets of my remodel, I was able to effortlessly follow his price structure and why certain things needed to be done.. I’ve never had a company break down a quote the way Dan did; it was impressive. The crew that came into my home worked tirelessly to stick to the timeframe they promised, and they were so respectful and trustworthy. They were also knowledgeable when I had questions and took the time to answer them for me. I enjoyed working with this company so much I hired them to remodel my bathroom. This process went just as smooth and effortless as my first project with them, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the final product. Do yourself a favor and call this company- you will save yourself a lot of time and effort, and you can leave the remodel to the professionals."
