He visited my home 3 days later, inspected things, and told me what the approximate cost would be. Mr. Electric called me within minutes of my request on angie's list and I got an appointment that day. He was honest, and patient and told me what was going to happen each step of the way. We had to wait for the power company to show up and turn it off at the street. He waited without complaint.
