"had a terrible experience with Jaden from Kramer’s Contracting. He came out to give an estimate on home renovations and tried to charge nearly $150,000, with no clear breakdown of costs. When I told him I only wanted to focus on four specific rooms, he seemed to get cold feet and started dodging my calls. He kept promising to send the revised estimate “that night” — multiple times — but it never came. Days went by with no follow-up. This wasn’t my first bad experience — I met two other contractors from Angi before Jaden, and all three were sketchy, with some even appearing intoxicated. But Kramer’s was by far the most unprofessional, especially when it came to communication. If you want honesty, reliability, and respect for your time and money, look elsewhere."

He answered my calls late into the evening and on weekends. His team did a great job of staying on task and was responsive to my concerns. I've never worked with a more proactive team on any home project. I have already hired Tim to do my bathroom remodel and am looking forward to working with him again!
