The damage to the old patio enclosure occurred during several huge snow storms experienced in 2009 in this part of the country. "Greg and his crew completed my two beautiful sunrooms in a timely fashion. There was some unforeseen structural issue that came up and Greg handled it very fairly. He is one of the most honest people out there, and he will do whatever it takes to get the job done. His crew faced extreme weather conditions and a difficult build site (very tight hillside lot) and still managed to finish two beautiful sunrooms in a reasonable time. The resultant structure is an engineering marvel that overlooks the scenic Rocky River Yacht Club Basin. The architectural lines blend perfectly with the curved eave sunrooms. "It went very well. They had some problems removing the old roof sections but once that was done they completed the job in good order. They did not construct the original patio room, I used them because they were much more reasonable price wise than the other patio enclosure company. They were $5000 less costly than the original installer. I would use them again. <br /> However, if you are planning on an aluminum patio enclosure keep in mind the cost of replacing damaged sections. It is much more costly than a conventional wood structure to repair."
