"The project was on the high end of the price range, the sales guys were nice and had a well put together pitch. The guys who did the work were very nice and did great work. These guys truly were the best part. Now the down side, there was a problem with ordering the shower door and the communication around that was extremely poor. It wasn?t until I wrote an email to the customer service department did anyone get back to me about where my shower door was. Overall it took a little over a month to get the door installed after the shower was complete. That wouldn?t have been so bad if they had better communication about the project. In the end, I am happy with the shower that was installed. I would recommend them, just be prepared to be very proactive about communication if anything goes sideways."

"I was delighted when I hired Quality Craftsman LLC to help me install a shower in my bathroom. I have had a Jacuzzi since my husband, and I bought this house 37 years ago. Three men came and worked on tearing out my jacuzzi and building a shower. Quality Craftsman was the only company that would build a shower the size of my jacuzzi. You would think this would be a noisy job, but this was the quietest job I have ever seen done by these three workers who put in the shower. Before they started, a sales representative came to my house and helped me pick out the design of the shower tile. I could have chosen white, which would have allowed this job to be completed quicker, but I chose a fancier style they had to order. Now that it is in, I am glad I picked out what I liked. The wait was worth it. They worked quietly and built a shower I was so pleased with. Plus, all of the workers were so polite and respectful. The shower built had a seat, grab bars, two shower heads, a caddy, and glass shower doors. The floor was made up of a material that doesnâ t allow one to slip. I wish my husband were still alive. He would have just loved this shower. If you want a nice shower, I suggest this company. They have all different styles of material to pick from. If you want something you like, go with Quality Craftsman LLC."
