It was only when items didn't turn up that AFF began to destroy the good will they had built with me. When trying to resolve the issue, they blamed their subcontractors and said objects not added to the project through "established communication channels" were not their responsibility -- it didn't matter how much proof I had. An antique family heirloom was lost and left another one sitting in Texas to be retrieved later on our dime. AFF makes errors and dodges accountability. Find another local outfit. If you must work with AFF, dot every i and cross every t -- and make sure you do it through their "established" channel. They added frustration to our tragedy."
