"I was very pleased they came out on a Sunday with temperatures in the 20s. Trevor pumped the tank, but we also had a clogged sewer line. Trevor said he'd figure it out and fix it. He cleared the clog in about 90 minutes. The reason this isn't a 5 star review is because he never discussed charges for the drain cleaning until presenting a bill for $1150 for the drain service, on top of the$650 for the tank pumping ($1800 total). I was fine with the pumping cost andexpected to be charged a few hundred dollars more for the drain work. I didn't expect $1150 for a job tht took 90 minutes and felt he should have asked me if I was willing to authorize $1150 before doing the work. It's true I didn't ask first, but I have never encountered a service that didn't want to discuss the fact the charges would be rather significant before proceeding. I would have declined the repair and fixed the clog myself if I had known. Bottom line. Good service, poor communication, unhappy customer. "
