"Our house is on top of a hill, our well is at the bottom of the hill, the well pumps water into a 1500 gallon tank next to our house on top of the hill. Our water is pumped into the house via booster pump. We had no water to the house, and I checked the holding tank to find it empty. I thought for sure my below surface pump was defective. I called Bee Cave Drilling on Saturday morning on Labor Day Weekend and they came out promptly, and found the problem, by the way, was not the submerged pump. "I found the owner Paul Motal to be very honest! He needed to replace the 20 year old well pump. Using the size before, he found it didnâ t pull as much water. He said it would work for a few years but really needed more pull. He was leaving town the next day but came back the next morning to replace with a better suited pump. He didnâ t have to tell me since the pump they got would work for a while but I am so grateful that he was looking out for my best interest even though it delayed his leaving out-of-town! Also, Paulâ s workers were fast, efficient, and respectful. They also replaced the control box because it was 20 years old too and corroded! Yaayyy...I have water again!"

"One of my new tenants kept having sewer issues...the washing machine backed up into the house, etc.  I had snaked it myself and we had called the city out twice to inspect the pipe going to the street.  On their second visit, they said we had roots in the line.  I immediately called Local Plumbing Service.  They were able to come out first thing the next morning and dug up the cleanout valve.  It had broken at the joint, allowing roots to find the water and grow inside, blocking the water flow.  They replaced the cleanout valve and a section of the pipe.  They showed me how the old pipe used a weaker type of material.  The new pipe was a little thicker and they had to install an adapter also to make the connection.  Everything was placed in a bed of sand and covered back up.  He even took special care to move some new plants out of the way to a shady spot while he was working.  I've been using this company now for several years and their service is top notch."

"3 Plumbers & Dad LLC were excellent to work with. I needed to get a Pressure Reducing Valve installed because the PSI on the water pressure from the main line to the house was too high. I found them through Angie's list, and called to set up an appointment for the quote. They have a really user friendly reminder system so after calling I got an automated email with the date/time and they arrived on time for the appointment. After that initial visit Teresa sent me 4 quotes! The first had just the work I initially called about, installing the PRV. The other 3 had additional options based on their best practice recommendations - such as installing a Thermal Expansion Tank to prevent PRV discharge and replacing the flexible piping on my water heater with solder weld copper. Each quote had a different price point and thorough explanation of each component so I could make a well informed decision and pick the option that best suited my needs and budget. I chose to upgrade the project from just the PRV to the PRV along with the Thermal Expansion Tank and Copper piping. The install went very well, again sent me an appointment reminder and were on time for the install appointment. They were very professional and showed me the work and the new location for shutting off the main line in the event of an emergency after the PRV install. I highly recommend working with them, I will absolutely use them again for any future plumbing needs!"
