"The back door of our home was from 1964, had a louver window and was completely rotten on the bottom. CSM fabricated a fiberglass door with low e window that opens including the frame and sill. Removing the old frame proved to be quite a task and once removed, the opening required modifications for the new frame to fit. The installation team was great - professional, courteous, skilled and cleaned up beautifully. Michael was very good to work with happily providing a quote and then altering the quote as requested. He even gave a cash discount on top of the Angie's List discount. I would use CSM again and recommend them highly.

"Contacted G&G and they promised to send a technician between 2-4pm. The technician called me before arriving and diagnosed the problem (a broken coupler) in a few minutes. He checked with co-workers to see if they had the part (since he did not have it in his truck), met with one (instead of returning to the office and spending more time), quickly installed the part, and performed the annual maintenance. The garage door opens again and I was very satisfied with their work."

"Although they came quickly and seemed nice, they said the spring was worn out and needed replacement, for $500.  We did not get the spring replaced with them, as we decided to look around for a better deal. We went with another company who, when they came out, said it didn't need a replacement at all.  They just adjusted the spring, for $225.  And it has worked great since then.
