"We are extremely pleased with the results of our renovation project through Home Renew 360. From the initial contact with Gal, where we put our dreams on paper, to the contract signing with Gal and Ron, where we were assisted with securing financing, everything went smoothly. The craftsmen were careful of the property and kept in constant contact to insure that we were consulted whenever decisions had to be made. They each cleaned up their work site at the close of every day.The tile work in the bathroom and on the kitchen backsplash is a real showpiece, and the tiler even showed me how to grout an extra piece of backsplash to make my own custom trivet. The plumbers relocated the tankless water heater to a much more desirable location, installed new sinks, faucets, shower heads, vanity, medicine cabinet, toilets, garbage disposal and a hood for the range. The painters were very patient with my slow decision-making and painted samples onto the wall to help me choose. The walls and ceilings throughout the house now look pristine. The cabinet craftsman built an incredible, new 8’ cabinet and refaced the existing cabinets/drawers in a satin-looking finish, with all self-closing hardware. It gives the kitchen a dramatic look and compliments the floor, counter, walls and backsplash. The quartz countertops have a beautiful pattern and were measured and fit perfectly. The composite flooring was laid professionally and I was given expert advice on how best to care for it. The carpeting and new baseboards in three bedrooms and the living room were completed in one day and beautifully match the walls. The electricians added and rewired outlets, ran a dedicated line for the tankless water heater, installed a ceiling fan in the kitchen and bathroom, provided new sockets and dimmer switches, and put in multiple recessed lights. The roofers did a thorough job with both the repair of the wood slats and replacement of the old roof, and added an overlay on the patio cover which solved our leak problem. This was tested by torrential rains less than a week after installation! Gal, Ron and Victor, (the man with the eye for details,) alternated supervising the crew and were always available in person or by phone.The house looks beautifully updated and all of our home improvement dreams have been realized. I highly recommend doing business with this company. Their motto seems to be “Whatever you want!” as I heard this repeatedly whenever I asked “Do you think I could have.....?” Gal, Ron and aVictor provided a very personal touch, making sure our every wish was granted. "I had a major project for my home as I was looking to replace the flooring, remodel my kitchen and 3 bathrooms as well. I had carpeting on the floors of my house and was looking to replace it with tile flooring. The carpet looked old and uninviting. For the kitchen, I was looking to replace the counter tops and cabinets to something more modern. For the 3 bathrooms, I was looking to replace all the toilets, vanity and showers. The master bathroom I wanted to convert the tub into a large shower. There was a lot of work to be done so I called Be Green Builders for an appointment and was able to meet Nir the same week. He was right on time for the appointment and went over in detail all my questions that I had. In our second meeting, he came back with a 3-D design of everything we discussed about! Once we agreed to start the project, he was present every step of the way, seemed very organized and true to his word, and did the job perfectly! My kitchen, bathrooms and floors look fantastic and I continue to get compliments from all my guests. "Using MasterServ is a perfect example of the pros and cons of using a big company. They were able to offer a lower price (by several hundred dollars) than other estimates I received because they specialize in volume (and not necessarily quality). The estimator who came was extremely pleasant and professional, however, internal communication in this company is a disaster. Therefore, small details like getting a new shower valve installed and installign new shower heads were initially overlooked by the installers because this wasn't communicated between the estimator and the crew. I never met the so-called project manager, who should have been there the first day to make sure everyone was on the same page about what was to be done. It was explained to me by the estimator that it would be a two-day job (true). The first day, the crew showed up and spent about two hours cutting holes in the walls and prepping the house. The second day they were there from 7 AM until 830 at night, working like crazy to get it done that day -- very stressful. When I saw that they hadn't installed the new shower valve, I got some grief from the crew and the so-called project manager over the phone, and this was eventually rectified with me paying an extra $200 to have the crew come back for an hour or so to install. When the job was complete they had disconnected and capped some old galvanized pipes, but with the new water pressure they blew out a couple weeks later (because they make their money by moving fast, quality and client communication suffer!). The guy they sent to do the drywall patching was a total incompetent. He showed up a couple days after the plumbing work was done started work and left mid-day saying he'd be back the next day to finish, though he never did return. I called the so-called project manager who was surprised to hear that the job wasn't done and it took a few more days for them to schedule a new guy to come out who had to re-do everything because the first guy was incompetent. In the final analysis, this company was the cheapest alternative, but there were a lot of headaches -- stay on top of them and make sure they do the work correctly!"
