"Hector gave me a quote over the phone on Wednesday and made an appointment for the following day. He and Nathen showed up ready to work at 0830. They installed a new (1/2 hp) Sump Pump and Check Valve. The project took approximately 2.5 hours to complete. The site is now ready for the rain."

"I placed a call for a plumbing technician to assist with the clog in my kitchen sink. The water would not go down and I wasn't able to use my sink. After placing my call a Technician arrived within the time frame I was given. He was clean and very knowledgeable. He explained the problem I was having and what he was going to do to get my sink to drain the water properly.
I was impressed with how he cleaned up when he was done. My sink is working perfectly ever since! I have been telling all my friends about this plumbing service and recommend this plumber highly. "

"My house is very old so we have been having lots of drain/pipes issues. With 5 grown kids in the house you can imagine what happens when a bathroom is down. Thank goodness I found The Drain Guys through YELP! My drains knows no time/day it wants to back up and normally it never happens during business hours. This company not only came out after hours but came out within the hour and relieved me of my problems fast, quick and it was worth the $99.00 charge. Ed was very professional (some techs are mad when they have to work OT), friendly, put my mind to ease and even looked at another problem (faucet) without hesitation or charging me to just give me an estimate for the faucet. I had him come back the next day to fix my faucet and gave FREE inspection underneath my house. First class service with AFFORDABLE prices. "I required major work in two bathrooms that consisted of demo to concrete for repairs in blockage to sewer lines and complete replacement of pipes underneath my house which is on a raised foundation. Louie explained very thoroughly what was required and also sent me before and after pictures. The work was done timely and I was very happy with the entire process. Very friendly and professional crew and I would highly recommend! I will be calling on them again for sure if needed in the future."

"Two service Techs, Daniel and Kevin, came by the same day i called regarding a clogged sewer line. They were very pleasant and personable which put me immediately at ease. They performed an inspection and showed me a live video feed of my sewer line, indicating where the roots were growing in that caused the clogging.
They recommended hydrojetting due to the size of sewer, and scheduled a visit the following day. The next day the same techs came by and cleaned out the sewer line via hydrojetting. Afterwards they did another video inspection and showed me their results. They were professional, communicative, clean, and very pleasant to deal with.
