The next day came back to install the new one and encountered secondary leak from another appliance. Went out and bought more supplies, returned and got it all set up the same day. Everything was rusted out, water heater, lines, connections. We were blessed that flooding did not occur before this work was done."

I had a couple estimates prior to Bob Smith Plumbing that included possibly tearing up the floors in my garage, kitchen, Florida room, living room, and one bedroom depending on what they saw underground when they started. I was relieved when Jimmy from Bob Smith Plumbing told me that they would not have to tear up my house to fix my broken pipe underground. They were able to go underground from my front yard and tunnel under my house. Another concern was that they would have to tear up my driveway or my sprinkler system in the process but that was not the case either. I was able to stay in my house while all the work was performed and my water never had to be turned off during any of it. I also liked that they replaced all of the pipe under my house and not just the broken pipe. They were prompt and showed up when they said they would.
