We installed our A/C towards end of March 2013, but didn't move into the house until March 2014. When our unit was giving us problems, they came out and took care of the issue, and everything works great now. (The blower cable came loose).

We also recently purchased a new return box to replace our old one, and Jon was very courteous and did a good job.

Following repair took the rest of the day, including getting parts, and the unit works fine. I know something if ac units and not one replacement item was unnecessary. After discussing options, I decided to replace and upgrade the whole system. He was able to get the old unit up and running that morning, while I waited for the new system to be installed.
