"I highly recommend this plumbing company! They did an excellent job in my home — very professional, punctual, and respectful. The technician explained everything clearly, fixed the problem quickly, and left the area clean. Their prices were fair, and the quality of work was outstanding. I will definitely use their services again and recommend them to anyone who needs reliable plumbing work. Thank you for such great service! ⭐️🔧💧"

"I had a great experience working with Henry and Andre at IHM Plumbing. After searching everywhere for the best installation price for installing an electric water heater in my house it was a relief to talk to IHM. Not only did they pick up my water heater, Andre arrived and walked me through what he was doing. They are friendly, professional and polite and I will be hiring them for my future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!!"

"The bathroom that we had redone came out better than we hoped. We originally had a step in tub/stand up shower area, and it was converted into a walking in shower area with sliding doors. The team created a graded area inside of the tub, with the tiles we selected so that the water could flow out easily and not stay in the shower. We were pleased with the overall look of the shower area and how quickly the work was done. We would definitely hire this team again for other projects in our home."

"New in Pompano Beach for my retirement, I hired Silo Remodeling to renovate two of my apartments including four bathrooms, drywall and painting job. I highly recommend them. This is a company that you can trust, it's a pleasure to deal with Lucas, with him you get a human deal relationship, we could discuss things, adjust the projects during the work and over all he has a great communication, answering your calls, messages, emails in no time. I really recommend Silo Remodeling and god knows, I am not easy to please, I had been in the construction business for 40 years and I was a property manager managing 600 units."

"Well. I don't even know where to begin. I guess I will start with pricing - most people care about that foremost. Ariel is owner and GC and he isn't the cheapest but he is not the most expensive either. You will definitely find cheaper - but he's worth it. With this contractor, I was being harassed to hurry up and bring my stuff so he could finish! Can you believe it - instead of the contractor disappearing for days at a time and missing deadlines and making the job last forever, he did a complete remodel of my home in 2 months. I mean this was a complete gut job in 2 months! My uncle is a retired roofer and builder and he was on the job checking them every 2 or 3 days. He would just show up and walk around watching the guys and he said they were doing a good job. He was amazed at the number of guys on the job site - like 10 people at a time. Ariel was there daily and the people he had there were knowledgeable as well. The finished product is spectacular. When people walk into my house - its "wow" this and "wow" that. My home is amazing and well made: the floors, the plaster work, the plumbing, the electricity, the A/C - good solid work. But let me tell you why he is truly one of a kind and why I will never work with another contractor: He finished the job in March 2020 and I didn't move in until August 2020. When my son took a shower, the tub was not sealed around the tile and there was a leak. I was freaking out because he was all paid up and it was 5 months later. I called, he picked up the first ring and I told him what happened and he was there the next morning! I was so relieved and grateful - he fixed the issue without hesitation. This man stands by his work - very rare! I hired a cheaper guy to do a smaller job in my house and he destroyed my home. I had to call Ariel back and he graciously made time for me (he is an extremely busy man). I ended up paying for the cheaper guy and Ariel - its a lesson: I should have just hired Ariel. I will never make that mistake again. Your home is your biggest investment - don't compromise - hire the best - hire Full Service. You will not be sorry.. Anne V"

"FHIA replaced 17 windows and my front door with a side light. I rate them #3, because for the most part the project is getting done; however, the project started in April of 2025...due to factory corrections that were required. We're still waiting on them to finish and have the inspection done. I've already started making payments on this project with the hope they'll finish soon. There were hiccups with installation from the startup and ongoing with the various teams that would show up either with the wrong equipment or lacking what was needed to complete the job. Continue to find screws in my driveway after every visit. On the last visit my camera caught the team dumping their uneaten lunch scraps on my front lawn. If they would have asked there's a compost bin in the back they could have used for that. Because of these hiccups and various others incidents that occurred in addition to the length of time this project is taking to complete I rate them #3. I'll upload photos later."

"One of the first companies that actually showed up on time, actually early for our appointment. They were extremely polite and organized. Alex did a phenomenal job with our installation. Professional and efficient. I would highly recommend to my friends and family."

"3 faucets were installed in my new house by Wade, I provided my faucets and he got to working asap! Great team of guys!"

"From the first day we met, Joe has been a pleasure to deal with.  He is a friendly, personable guy as well as a consummate professional.  Joe worked steadily on our jobs from start to finish, arriving on time 5 days a week, and working no other jobs while he was completing ours.  Although our adult son was home during most of the work, we felt comfortable enough with Joe to give him an alarm code in order to let himself in - and he was careful not to let our cats escape :)

The honed marble and mosaic trim we selected for our master bath were truly beautiful but not the easiest materials to install.  Each marble tile needed to be separately leveled; and the mosaic was not the same depth as the marble, requiring Joe to build up the surface underlying the trim in order to make it flush with the marble.  The end result was perfect.

Joe offered some great design advice throughout the project, some of which we took, and some of which we later wished we had taken!  We were somewhat inexperienced with remodeling, but Joe was very careful to point out the potential pluses and minuses of our choices so that we felt comfortable making them.

Joe's work on the bathrooms was of such high quality that we immediately talked to him about other, smaller jobs we'd been putting off.  He was very happy to complete the additional work and everything was done beautifully.

I highly recommend Joe Spondike's Custom Bath and Tile for any remodeling you may be considering."

"It went well But paid 500.00 out my pocket for whole thing I didn't expect to pay that much out pocket for a replace toilet. So if you used this company by your toilet at whatever hardware place and let them installed it because if not you going to wind up paying that price."
