Frank performs his work to satisfaction of everything functioning properly. 2/27/26, Frank lowered and secured a pipe from my black water tank, as water and waste were not flowing properly. He unclogged my toilet, that had been backing up. 3/04/26, Frank returned, as Toilet was backed up with water again. Frank checked the pipe with his computer camera, in which there ended up being (3) major blockages, from the pipe up into the black water tank. Frank, used every piece of his equipment to completely clean out the tank and pipe. I was able to view the completion of process on his computer. Frank, is very professional, and personable. I give him an A+ rating."

I honestly recommend Ezra and his team of plumbers, because he his honesty and integrity, qualities that are sadly hard to find these days! Ezra was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the tankless water heater system that we installed, and he was kind enough to come over and take a look at our new unit after it was installed and to check with us that the monthly bills came down as well. In addition to that, Ezra installed our new tankless water heater with the remote control that connects outside the tankless water heater. Because the remote control was not waterproof and if it will be installed inside the water heater, it would short circuit if it got wet enough. Thank you Ezra for going above and beyond for a "customer" who didn't even get to use you! Much appreciated. "The furnace took 4 days to get approved( not counting a Sunday) the others were quick but the water heater had to be ordered so without hot water for a week. One ceiling fan was easy but within a year their policy changed and They would not install the one I purchased and had to get a new one approved and then ordered online and took several weeks to get straightened out. Not sure who was at fault, AHS, installer or scheduling with renter. Fee is usually $75 per visit"
