"Cory was on time, professional, and more importantly incredibly thorough during my new home inspection. He did a great job of explaining what he found in each room. He also did a wonderful job explaining what things were small fixes and what items should be done immediately due to safety reasons or things that should be done to prevent further maintenance issues in the future. I received his report within 24 hours and it was incredibly easy to read. It also helped during negotiations with the seller since we could be so specific on what was found.
