The price was reasonable. I waited for big rains before posting this review. We had several this year and my basement is absolutely dry. Outstanding company."

"Within an hour of contacting him, Patrick came to my condo unit for FREE to evaluate the sump pump system.  Another plumber had previously given a rather incomprehensible quote based on his own past work on the building. Patrick was able to explain the other contractor's quote and clearly explain what type of system was in each unit (a point that had not previously been made completely clear). <br /> Within 15 minutes of evaluating the actual sump pump and the other contractor's quote, Patrick was able to provide an apples to apples quote, a quote for an upgraded maintenance free system (an upgrade the condo board is considering), and a quote for a long term money saving option that would create a continuity of sump pumps across the building and a easy of care and continued maintenance at a more reasonable price. <br /> If it was completely up to me, I wouldn't bother hassling with trying to get two other quotes to appease the condo board policy. I would hire McDonagh & Sons. <br />"

"Job completed in 2 days. Over 2 month wait from time contract signed; but other providers were almost as long and were booked solid due to many request for foundation repair due to dry summers. Technician showed up on time for our initial consultantion/ appointment and was very knowledgable. Signed contract same day to get on the job list and have repair done before end of summer. <br /> Would use them again. Only company with warranty that will transfer to new owner that I talked with. <br />"

After Neil Thomas installed the water on demand (a new electrical version) the pressure needed to be increased so they trouble shot adding the pressure tank first and added the extra booster later. <br /> The fan installation was done well. A very steep roof so not easy working conditions."
