"The Project was a complete success from start to finish! Elias, the Project Manager was excellent. We had a major problem with a roof that was leaking . We had several contractors come to look at the roof for estimates. Elias spent the most time of any of the contractors viewing and evaluating the roof and siding as well as the inside of the house where the water was leaking into and discussed the project with the President of Beantown. He was excellent at explaining what needed to be done. It was not your average "roof job" as the roof abutted a large chimney and the room under the roof was cold and drafty. He was very patient with me as I had many questions about the project. Janice, the Office Manager, was courteous and always available from start to finish. The roofing team was very professional and did an excellent job. They also added the appropriate insulation, new siding to the house by the roof, gutters and appropriate flashing. The roof not only looks great, but the room beneath the roof is no longer drafty and there are no leaks. His team cleaned up after the project was completed such that you wouldn't even know they were there. Elias was so professional and he even contacted us after the first rainstorm to make sure that everything was fine. The Office Manager, Janice sent the Roof Warranty to me right away. "After a great deal of research into different metal roofing companies, we decided to call East Coast Metal Roofing. Dave Harrison came to our house, walking us through all the steps and answering whatever questions we had. We felt very good about our decision. The roofing team arrived earlier this past week. I didn't know that sort of worth ethic was still out there, but we were incredibly impressed! The care taken to protect the home and surrounding features, the constant clean up and the amazing skill to put our roof on so beautifully. "Loved James who came to do the estimate. He spent time educating me which I truly appreciate. Estimate done quickly, and reasonably priced. My only complaint is that 10 days after they had a signed contract I was still calling and asking for a tarp over the site of the leak as storm after storm caused leaking into my bedroom where despite having buckets to catch the rain it was still ruining my hardwood floors. I spoke and wrote emails to Melissa to ask for a tarp and either was told they “were too busy to come out”or did not even return my calls. Thankfully once I was able to bypass Melissa, Mr PJ Willard intervened and a tarp was up the next day and the roof done immediately after. Great work, completed quickly once started. I will never be sure if Melissa is solely responsible for decision making, or she is told to delay requests. Either way, sorry to say it was the only bad part of the job. Otherwise A plus."

"I had a leak that can be seen from a ceiling. Called several roofing companies and got no reply back. Used home advisor and have Andrea called me and scheduled the visit promptly for Freddy to come and check the leak. Freddy was very professional, identified the leak that was due to improper seal of one of the skylights and fixed it right away. He also checked my other skylights and some had the same problem which he fixed. Freddy checked my roof for issues and provided tips for maintenance so it can last long. Definitely will recommend Global Home Improvement, Inc as a honest and very professional company !"

"The crew showed up on time and stayed until the work was done. The repair work on my second floor porch roof was quite detailed: quite a lot of siding, trim, handrails, and surrounding shingles had to be removed and then rebuilt. The work was done professionally and wholly to my satisfaction. Despite some surprises once they started work, there were no cost extras beyond what we originally agreed to.
