"Our driveway was really bad and we had Leach LLC restored and corrected it. They did a beautiful job. I didnâ t even recognize it after it was finished. What was also very much appreciated was it was the most reasonable estimate by quite a bit. Highly recommend you getting an estimate of you need this type work done."

Customers say: Terrific value

"Nick and James are awesome workers and wonderful people. They patiently listened to our concerns and ideas and then shared several options while explaining the logistics and pros and cons of the job. They had to demolish the old bathtub into small pieces to remove it. Their installation of the new fixtures was perfect, taking care to avoid chips and scratches. Class A workers all around."

"The toilet set in my garage for a year and a half. I made sure it s what I purchased and I didn t want to eat spiders getting in so I packaged it back up with packaging tape. He installed the waterline on the refrigerator and made the whole bigger then he went into the master bathroom. I told him ants was coming out of that toilet so I shut off all the water they were from the septic tank. Once he lifted the toilet, we seen an ant nest that was dormant. I quaint everything up and sanitized it then he proceeded to work on toilet the new toilet was laying in the bathroom, seen it with my own eyes. I proceeded to tell him and his grandson I m excited about this dual toilet they ignored me. As I took my finger and pushed the dual flush button that was on the top Tank lid and I said again I can t wait to flush this toilet. I was ignored a second time that should ve been a red flag. Me thinking I was bothering them. I left the room to give them a little more privacy to talk about their next move because he said the toilet moves so he cut some wood to make it more stable. He use some kind of caulking because when he did lift the old toilet off, there was two wax rings. The other Plumber put on the toilet and neither one of it covered the whole toilet properly. That s how the septic ants got in. He went to Home Depot to get the caulking he claimed, but he was gone for like a whole hour and a half and he came back and caulk everything and said it s better if the caulking sits and dries completely before he proceeds to the Tank and all and I said OK. He wanted to come back and finish sooner but I had to work so I had him come back to finish December 10, 2025.. when he finished and I looked at everything I said that s not my toilet. I had a dual flush he said ma am that s what was in the box and I said no it wasn t. We went back-and-forth with that, I went outside to retrieve the box and look at the other toilet that was in the bathroom. It was nowhere on my property. I looked in the garbage cans and everything.and he finally said well the toilet is new if you don t like it, you buy the toilet you want and I ll come back and install it for free. And then he proceeded to wait there to be paid. I m pretty sure when he left for an hour. He took my toilet to his house, they paid him, but as I told him that is not the toilet I purchased and then they also took a cheap bathroom scale that I ve had for 15 years. I could buy an identical one for $10 so that doesn t annoy me at all. I went to work and told everyone what happens they were amazed that someone on Angie s list with actually still a toilet I bought the toilet on sale taking him to court. I would be out of more money than this is actually worth so I figure I ll call Angie s list and let them know what he did. When I told my neighbors about it, they seen him putting my toilet in his vehicle. They were sitting in the back and their sunroom, smoking a cigarette."

"Here to remove large tree branches that damaged my roof. They arrived the morning after the storm to tarp my roof and remove the branches. The repair was completed the next week. Garage looks great, very satisfied with project. They communicated with my insurance to help me get coverage for the damage. My yard was cleaned up after they finished. I would recommend this company 100%, great job "

FAQs for sewer main install, replace or repair projects in Avon, OH

When installing a sewer line, you should consider extra costs like tree removal, driveway repairs, or patio resurfacing. Hiring a professional plumber is essential, and you may need additional specialists if landscaping or heavy excavation is involved. Addressing these potential extras up front helps ensure accurate budgeting and prevents sudden cost overruns.

To calculate the length of sewer piping you need, measure the distance from your house to the main sewer line, adding the depth of the city main to this distance. Be sure to account for any obstacles like tree roots or utility lines that may require additional piping.

City sewer lines are installed at a lower elevation to prevent unwanted backflow and water damage. This lower positioning ensures enhanced performance and long-term safety, meeting all technical and safety standards.

With trenchless methods, a plumber inserts a smaller pipe within the existing plumbing, avoiding full excavation. It can be more cost-effective and less disruptive than traditional methods, but it's not suitable for all homes.

Yes, you must secure permission from your local water authority before connecting to a public sewer line. This approval ensures your connection meets all regulatory requirements.

Sewer lines are buried between 18 inches and 8 feet deep, with most systems placed between 18 and 30 inches. In colder regions, pipes are set deeper to remain below the frost line.
