After down payment, I did not hear anything, so I called. And called. And called. I just wanted a callback to have some sense for a timeline but weeks went by w no response. At all. When work started and I had questions (appropriate for consumer), was treated rudely for asking and for sharing concerns about rudeness. And now this. He came over, inspected our roof and got us an estimate w/ in a hour or so. He said he could schedule us in a week or two. He arrived as promised, with his father- also Ben- and they had the damage repaired in one day. They both came back the next day to clean and seal our whole roof.
