"My Plumber Seth Williams was professional, knowledgeable, and neat. Seth showed up on time and kept me informed of what needed to be done. What should have been a routine toilet installation, but in my older house it was not. The old flange was cobbled in and bent Seth took the time and effort to repair the pipe and install the flange correctly. The new toilet would not flush after installation, Seth made the effort to troubleshoot the problem that was the fault of the seller or the manufacturer. We have had to call Genesis plumbing out several times and each time they arrived in a timely manner, the plumber was knowledgeable and friendly, completed the job in a timely manner and their pricing is fair. They send me before and after pictures which is amazing, they make it so easy. Barbara is one of the owner's and dispatches the calls. She's always friendly and professional. "It did not go well. The tech arrived and proceeded to use the camera to diagnose the problem. He never called and have me a price estimate to do that. He told my tenant that I had broken pipes under the house. When I called Meeks and asked for the footage so that I could possibly do a trenchless repair and not year up my floor they said that he did not make a record because no one requested it. I called for a stopped up toilet. A salesman named Scott did not return my calls for two days to tell me that there was no footage from the camera. They never sent me an itemized bill. I found out how much they charged when it showed up on my credit card . Basically they did nothing of value for 675 dollars. Bonnie Ollinger"

"They charged $868 to replace my well pump (I have a well for irrigation only and am on city water for everything else). I've used this company twice in the past (2010 to replace a pump motor which cost $438 and again in 2016 to replace the same motor which cost $455). I have found them to be less than friendly in the past but they seemed to be the only gane in town. After receiving my invoice for the latest work, it broke down like this: 1/2 hour service call - $75, one and 3/4 hours labor - $105, Miscellaneous parts $50 and $596 for a pump and motor, plus $41.99 sales tax. After the service was performed, I was made aware that the pump and motor usually sells for $434 with free shipping. I brought my bill and proof of the lower price to their office on Monterey Road and asked if they could adjust the price of the pump down so that it would be more in line with the $434 price (a difference of $162). I was told I would have to pay the full amount and that no adjustment could be made. I took out my credit card and was then informed that if I paid by credit card, there would be an additional 3% fee. I will be bringing them a check and it will be the last time I have any dealings with them and rest assured, I will inform my friends and neighbors about their business practices and how they treat repeat customers."
