"Rather then pay 6-8 thousand dollars to replace all of them with new windows and doors, our total price was about $1600. That also included a very large window in our entry over the front door, we had a stained glass decorative tint applied to that window. The stained glass tint is a dove pattern, almost looks like the kind of stained glass window you'd see in a chapel or church, it is gorgeous! We have had many compliments on it and everyone thought it was actual real stained glass. We've had the tint for about a month now and have already noticed how much cooler (especially in the afternoon, with west side window exposure,) it is and how many times the air conditioner does NOT come on anymore.
