"George and his crew just completed laying new underlayment on our clay tile roof. They did a fantastic job and we highly recommend him for any job! We have a 26 yr old, 2300 sq ft home, which had the original underlayment. After a leak, we contacted 3 contractors for estimates. George responded immediately and came out the next day. Our initial impression was he is honest and we weren't wrong. He didn't add all the unnecessary fluff the other guys wanted to add for a higher profit and came in at thousands below the other 2 bids. After we hired him he came back out to tarp the leak before it rained and until he could get the work done. I believe it was within 2 weeks from the initial contact until he got his crew out here. They were professional, thorough, clean, and fast. It took 2 days to complete our roof. He provided updates, professional advice, and recommended a contractor to repair the drywall damage. We were extremely happy with the drywall repair and cost. We couldn't have repaired the drywall ourselves for much cheaper. We added George to our emergency contact list as our go-to repair man for not just emergencies, but also future projects. "Sungaurd did a fantastic job of paining my house. The house was in rough shape having been partially destroyed by a 2,000 pound tree and then fixed and half of the house painted a different color from the other half (by our insurance contractor). Sunguard came in and fixed all of the stucco issues that should have been fixed originally, painted the house so that it all matched and also ended up replacing the rotted wood on our entry way. They did a great job and I would use them again and recommend them to others (unlike our contractor)."
