"The three technicians that came out did everything the deal specified. They didn't try to up sell us on anything. In fact, they told us what we actually need versus what companies might tell us we need. They worked diligently from the time they arrived until the time they left and proved extremely knowledgeable about their craft. I was very impressed with the way they communicated with me--that is, they explained things without being condescending. We asked for an upgrade on our electrical panel, so we paid them a bit outside the deal. The technician noticed that there was wiring that could have caused a fire, which was incorrectly rigged by the last owner of our house. The technician fixed everything that was incorrectly connected and when it came time for inspection, all the work they did passed with flying colors. All of the areas where they worked were left exceptionally clean. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the work and will definitely use this company in the future for any electrical needs. "Bradley is very professional and very knowledgeable and on time. He was also able to get started on our house right away when others said it would be weeks. Our breaker box was very old and the wiring in our house was a mess and it needed replaced and repaired. We only had a couple of electrical outlets inside the house and we had no power to the bathroom. We also wanted him to also install new ceiling lights and we wanted him to add new outlets. Bradley replaced the old fuse box with a new fuse box and he added new outlets and replaced the old ceiling lights with new ones. He also got power restored to the bathroom. When he was done everything worked like brand-new and his rates were by far the best that we could find. It was the first time ever using an electrician that we felt like we didn't get ripped off."
