"They helped a lot with getting through insurance hassles and pushing to get the entire roof repair covered. Once everything got approved there were a couple scheduling conflicts on both sides. They did accommodate us on timing to not conflict with a toddlers nap schedule. There were a few small items left unfinished that took some time to get completed, but they did come out and address everything."

"I searched for several paint companies before settling on The Paint Doctor. Read blogs/reviews of about 30 companies in the local area. There were only 3 companies that met my criteria - high reviews, number of reviews greater than 100, no really bad reviews like one company had an ex-convict threaten the homeowner, and had to have been around for more than 10 years. Two of those companies returned my call - The Paint Doctor and AMC Painting. AMC Painting's estimate came in about $1000 higher and The Paint Doctor's guarantee was longer and covered the labor and caulking too, so I went with The Paint Doctor. Some discrepancies between what the initial consultation mentioned and what the actual painting took place: - I thought I was told that they do not use subcontractors, but a subcontractor did the job. When asked about that later, was told that they only higher quality subcontractors with experience and still guarantee their work. - Was told that when the siding nails are loose, they will use screws. The sub-contractor wasn't even aware of this and never heard of such a thing. Nevertheless, the loose nails were pounded back in, and it all looks just fine. - Was told that the rotted wood around the window would be replaced. I assumed that meant the complete board would be replaced. For example, the 3 foot 1x4 board under a window. But only the portion that was rotted was replaced, so it looks a little odd. Only about 10 inches of that 3 foot board was replaced. If it were me doing the work, I would have replaced the whole board, so you wouldn't see the crease. Problems: - Tape was left on the roof. Sub-contractor returned and removed the tape. - Caulking at the front window was old and black. Sub-contractor fixed. - Gap at basement walkout door. Sub-contractor caulked and painted. - Sub-contractor filled our trashcan. Luckily trash pick-up was the next day. Would have been more professional if they took away their own trash with them when they were done. - Paint got stuck to the weatherstripping to the front door. So, when the door was opened, the weatherstripping was ripped from the door jam. I ended up fixing this because I was in the process of adding a storm door. The sub-contractor stated this was done because no one was home at the time. It probably would have been better to work with the homeowner to remove the weatherstripping, so a gap is there to paint the door and the door jam, then when it's dry, to re-install the weatherstripping. Bottom line: The paint came out great, the trimming looks great, they completed the job very quickly - about 3 days, they cleaned up their mess, didn't see any splatter, and they were polite. The best thing is that The Paint Doctor guarantees the paint, labor, and caulking for 12 years for our contract. Whether this ends up to be true or not, I will revisit this review and update it."

"I had new gutters/down spouts/leaf blaster installed on the back and the side of house. Sean is a seasoned pro who does excellent work. He rerouted the new down spouts on the house to get the best flow of water. The wind had pulled the facia board/old gutters out on back corner of house. Sean used wood screws and secured the board back onto the house. He did a great job. I highly recommend this company for gutters or roofing. Wyndhill installed a new roof on our previous home and again did a great job. They take great pride in their work. You will not be disappointed."

"Several years ago we replaced our upstairs bathroom flooring....using a friend. We realize he didn't know what he was doing when he put the toilet back in. "I cannot say enough good things about Milton and the crew at Peachtree. We noticed a leak from our roof on a Saturday morning. By Saturday afternoon, Milton had come to the house, taken photos, inspected the leak, and had us on a path to repair. By the following Monday, the roof was patched--at no up front cost to us-- and Nick, the adjuster, was taking care of scheduling with USAA for the insurance inspection. The rest of the process went smoothly as everything was handled by the Peachtree crew. I didn’t have to deal with the insurance company at all, though we were kept in the loop and we saw all the inspection reports. Peachtree advocated for our whole roof to be replaced as repair would have been inadequate. They also upgraded some hardware items (pipe boots) at no charge as our original ones had also led to damage inside the house. Speaking of that, Nick was able to have the inside damage caused by the boots repaired and paid for as well even though we hadn’t noticed it initially. Both exterior and interior repairs were carried out on schedule and we are pleased with the results. Milton was onsite during both days of the roof job to answer questions and oversee the progress. I would highly recommend Milton and his team. I am pleased with how easy the process was on my side and our house looks great."

"The process of replacing all nine windows was a very process although it took some time for the windows to be manufactured the turn around time was still very fast. The install crew, 6 of them, were very professional and extremely nice. The windows look wonderful and I'm excited to see how they handle the temps in the house based on seasonal temps outside. "There was about a 3 week delay from the initial proposal until work started due mostly to not being able to coordinate our schedules to approve the proposal.

To get things rolling again, I called Jose on a Monday, he came right over and we sat down and agreed to some fine tuning of the estimate and he scheduled the job to start the next day. The next day Jose and his two man crew came out and did 95% of the job. Because fence posts had to be replaced, a day was needed to let the concrete footings set up, so the crew returned the next day to complete the fence repair. The last part of the job, finish painting of the siding and site cleanup, was done on Friday.

I am very happy with the completed work. Jose and his crew were very friendly and personable and overcame some unexpected difficulties related to aging siding with a professionalism that was greatly appreciated. I've already scheduled some additional work to be done by them."
