Every member of the team was exceptional - from the exceedingly polite, punctual and professional initial on-site estimator to the incredibly responsive back office team who helped me complete my order (and was so patient throughout my many changes) and finally the respectful, organized and hard-working installation team, who completed a very difficult project within two days, working through a late afternoon downpour to finish the job on time. They even came back weeks later to repair a gate-latch at no cost. I sought 4 bids for this project, including from a well-known company where I was a repeat customer, where the other contractors were either no-shows, unprofessional or demanding of expensive prep requirements before considering the project. "It got off to a rocky start, there was a miscommunication in where the fence was supposed to be. But once if was figured out the team made the fix and it looked great. We have gotten so many compliments on the fence and have requested their number. Would definitely use again."

"Overall it was ok, but there was a continual stream of small annoyances that got progressively more significant. In the end, I did get the fence I wanted, but the process was less then stellar, to say the least. It started with continuing to call my wife after we both told everyone involved, over and over and over, to stop calling her and to call me. Then, I had to wait 2 weeks before even scheduling the install, which wasn't that big of a deal, but I had to cc all kinds of people to get on the schedule because I left repeated messages on the scheduling line. Day of install everything went fine in the morning. Showed up on time and professional. When I got home from work that night, I found clay and mud clumps and rocks and small plastic bags and cardboard pieces spread all over my back yard (like they tried to disperse the earth they dug up for the posts). I even found a big pile of cement remnants in my <em>front </em>yard (remember, this fence was in back). All of this I had to clean up. But, the fence looked ok and it was done, so I just moved on.... about two weeks pass and one day I go beside my garage and find a huge pile of more clay and dirt and rocks that they had obviously dumped there. Then, behind the garage is a pile of grass clippings that are there composting and I noticed a black bucket sticking out. They had tried to bury an empty bucket of quick set concrete. They had actually went all the way behind my garage and tried to bury it and hide it! At that point I got in touch with them. They came out a few days later and cleaned up that mess, but that didn't help me at all with all the work I did myself prior to that, nor the disgusting fact that they did this in the first place."

"The work was done on time and within budget, but I was not overly impressed with the quality of the wood used or the cleanup. The boards were unfinished and had knotholes you could see through. Some of the wood looked like it had been torn rather than cut with a saw. I had them return so they could replace some of the slats and sand some of the wood so I did not continue to cut myself and get splinters trying to open and close the fence. They were very nice, but the fence looked like something you might see on a farm rather than at a residential property. They did do a good job with the very wide fence gate and the hinges and securing pins seem very durable."

Serge explained exactly what he intended with the fencing project, particularly since there was a slight slope involved and if we were all in agreement. Even questioned size of our dog to make sure any avenues of escape were covered. They were very professional, courteous and extremely easy to deal with at all times.
