His crew was prompt, completely thorough, and entirely professional. They found and blocked off every possible entrance point, and even trimmed overhanging branches from the trees near the house. In addition, Shinya clearly cares about wildlife and will even relocate animals when possible. His work is guaranteed for a year, and I have had no further problems in the months since he did the work."

"I was ecstatic to find someone willing to come out and do the job, considering that it was literally right before Christmas and I was in a panic. A lot of other contractors were either already shut down for the holidays or finishing up jobs in order to shut down for the holidays and not taking on anymore new projects.
