"First of all he is nowhere near a pro! I hired him to do the plumbing for a kitchen remodel. He didn?t know what he was doing and when I called him out on it he insisted he did and demanded payment. I had to have someone else come in to finish the job, although that person was not willing to fix what Tyler had already done. 10 years later my sink won?t drain, and the dishwasher won?t drain and backs up into my sink. He has S pipes and all kinds of curves and didn?t use the right size of pipe. Over the years it has caused a major clog and I now have to spend $1,500-$2,000 to have it all replaced the right way. He may be able to do a simple unclogging, but I would never let him do any type of plumbing. He?s just not good and a smart ass. Plus he did something with the gas line and nearly blew up my house. He needs to go back to school or better yet find something else to do. "

"Originally very happy with their service, a bit expensive though. My issue is now, I found the cracked pvc pipe where water was going on my floor after the furnace install. I figured after $15k worth of work from them they would have caught something like this. I had to fix myself. I also was sold a whole house water filter, which I actually like. What I didn't like is they wanted to charge me $360 for a $130 part which I was able to change myself in 10 minutes, and I'm a woman who's never done it before. I believe they charge way too much money for the work they do. They're quick so it's obvious they're paid by the job. I overheard a worker say the faster they get done the more jobs they get. So it's quantity over quality. I would much prefer to have a single individual and not a company from now on. I also do not appreciate the AI bot answering service. I much prefer talking to a human. Will not be doing business again. "
