He quickly repaired the short term problem of a clogged drain and gave me good advice on what repairs that will need to be done in the future. I never felt pressured to have done more than needed to be done and I appreciated the time he took to explain each step of what he was doing. My only surprise was that there was a $100 fee added because I had used an acid drain clearing product. I found the rationale that their snake would be damaged plausible.
