"just about everything that could go wrong did, but i don't think much of that (maybe none of it?) had to do with mr rooter. it all took about twice as long as expected due to all the road blocks, but they were friendly, professional, helpful, and considerate. the only part that was severely lacking was the after-repair cleanup. cleanup took a very long time, the sidewalk they replaced was not done well, and several things we were told would happen at the start of the job never happened."
