"the work was started a few days after the contract was agreed too and signed. Work progressed fairly rapidly until we got into a period of wet weather which slowed the work down but persistence paid off and it was finally completed about on the schedule if you consider the rain days.
The work looked good, the doors were installed perfectly, the old electrical cover plates were replaced.  We particularly like the way the outdoor lights, outlet, power meter etc. were mounted to the house and trimmed out.   
overall we were very happy with the work and will use American Home Improvements and Remodeling again.

"Patrick Eads, owner of Ohana, and his assistant responded quickly to my initial texts and calls. They clearly wanted our business. They were always on time, despite an hour's commute to dad's house. My dad, who is aging in place at age 92, needed a walk-in tub and higher toilet. Both men were so kind and patient with dad, who was clearly anxious about completing the work, and they were eager to meet his needs throughout the renovation. Their work began on time and was completed in four days--excellent timing, considering that they removed old tile on the existing tub surround and installed new tile, removed the old porcelain tub, took down the door and surrounding woodwork to install the new tub, went with us to Lowe's to pick out a new toilet and sink cabinet/faucet, and repaired tile in the bathroom.
