"They were very professional and explained all aspects of the process. The installation team was though and I was impressed by the attention to detail. I got an upgrade on three outside entry doors that will make a huge difference in the heating and cooling of our home. No high pressure salesmanship. My experience is this is a company that can be trusted to deliver quality products and service at a reasonable price."

"The house has a limited amount of guttering so it wasn't an expensive job although another company wanted to charge us $1900- which is a big saving. It went well. I liked the person that talked to us and the guys that did the work got here on time and called us to give us a heads up when they were coming. They were late but called to warn us that they were running over time at their previous job but did it on the day they said they would. The sales pitch from both companies was that they would completely clean and refill all the gutters - make sure that there were no leaks and make sure that the attachments to the floor were running properly. However, that wasn't done - they didn't do that. As it turns out, my gutters weren't that old and they seemed to be working fine- it is not like there is a problem. They came out to test the gutters but didn't run any water and I never saw them with any caulking and so they didn't comply with that promise part of the service. It had been raining and gutters seem to be flowing fine and the guards are in place."
