"Mgr Jeffrey offered free estimate next morning. Had two outdoor hoses were unable remove from hose bibs; were seized on. afraid needed new hose bibs! BG sent tech Joseph Lopez who was professional, knowledgeable & personable. After assessing bibs advised cost for removal of hoses and/or to install new bibs. i gave the go ahead to do his best to remove hoses! noted he consciously covered his shoes when coming through home from front to back yards. He patiently & carefully tried a few removal methods including the spray/wrench we had tried. He was finally able to remove them by carefully using a hack saw! He also installed a new hose connecting part on ea bib w/new threads that are guaranteed 2 yrs. It was third of the price new bibs would have cost! We so appreciated the extra conscientious efforts Joseph Lopez made to repair the hose bibs giving us excellent results at economical price! "We couldnâ t find the reason for the leak. We removed padding and carpet but the leak was still undetectable. After sopping up the water, the leak stopped. We deduced that it could be ac unit. He checked the toilet, hot water heater, and main meter. Nothing seemed obvious. He said keep an eye on it and if it begins to leak to call him back. It leaked again but this time I could see exactly where it was coming from. It turns out the ac unit compensation pipe was broken and seeping in through the lower part of the wall. Called the ac people to fix. By the way, the plumber didnâ t charge because he couldnâ t find the source of the leak. He did give me a â Maybe scenarioâ and what work would be involved, if it were the toilet. All in all, it worked out in my favor."
