He fixed our home dishwasher when the main control board failed, fixed a double oven at our church and yesterday fixed our home refrigerator /freezer. "This was my first use of this service provider. They were selected based on rating, proximity and indicating Saturday business hours. At first they indicated they were booked up on Saturday. A Monday appointment was made but I expressed I really needed service that day on Saturday. As I continued research for an alternative provider the owner of the company called and expressed he was determining if technician schedules could accommodate a visit that day. Shortly after a call was received from a technician name Joe indicating he would arrive in a bout 40 minutes. Joe arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem, had the part on hand and completed the repair in just a few minutes. "Initially I gave these guys an F and bad review because I was unhappy with their response to some ceiling damage I received that was due to their initial installation of my system. But David, their Customer Service Manager called me back and the company took full responsibility for their workmanship, repaired the incorrect installation that caused the water damage (quickly), and then took care of the ceiling repair at no cost (also within days). I believe in giving companies like this a second chance and have changed my review and faith in using Reliant and will continue to use them in the future.
