"From the first site visit/estimate with Jim, the owner, to the completion of our new roof, it was such a pleasure working with Beantown Home Improvements! He (and Samantha, Derek, Eli, and the entire crew) patiently led us through the entire process, answering every question, helping us on color choices, and on and on providing their expertise and support throughout. During the install, the crew was punctual, hardworking, meticulous with their craft, professional, and took great care with our home and property. The project was finished on-time and on-estimate. They even went above and beyond by helping remove old cedar shingles and prepping multiple cheekwall areas adjacent to the roof for a future project we were planning. And the install was not easy, as our roof is large with many angles and cheekwalls to contend with – not to mention that it was done in late December during cold temps and some inclement weather. Honesty and integrity are important to us and are usually hard to find these days, especially in the construction sector. However, you’ll certainly get honesty and integrity, along with an amazing outcome on your project when using Beantown. We so highly recommend!"

"I am VERY late in writing this review, but as I was in the Angies List site I thought I'd put this review in. I can't say enough good things about Vaillancourt Roofing. I had a leak in my roof, winter was coming on and no other roofer would call me back. As an act of humanity Adam and Dave drove down from NH to look at my roof even though they don't do repairs in my area - Carlisle, MA ( I understand they could possibly do roof replacement in my area). They came when they said they would and they found the leak quickly. The leak was from my chimney. They aren't mason's necessarily, but they put a temporary fix to the chimney, so I could rest easy until the next Spring when I could address it. They didn't charge me and were done in about an hour. I wish my roof itself needed replacement, if it did I'd all them in an instant. Just wanted to put in this review as I owe it to these great folks."

"We had a great experience with On Top Roofing. They returned my call for a quote request within one day and had someone out to give an estimate within a couple of days after that. We obtained several estimates, On Top was the only company that actually climbed up on a ladder to really look at the area of concern and where work needed to be done during the estimate. After we received the quote, the work was done within the scheduled time and completed as agreed. I would definitely consider On Top again for future roofing needs."

"Everything was great except cleanup. There was a misunderstanding about which shingles we wanted, but Willard made good on it. They even removed a small area where they had installed the wrong shingles and replaced them with the right shingles, all at no extra charge. The new roof looks great. The only problem was cleanup. We found a large number of nails in our yard and on our driveway, and a lot of pieces of plastic lying around."

"The roof was patched and I no longer have a leakage problem, I provided the wrong Shingles which were used unfortunately, and as a result the finished look is relatively poor, The company was very responsive and if they had the correct materials I'm sure the job would have been more than satisfactory. I need to remember it was a patch not a new roof. Try them, they came out between rain storms and fixed my leak."

Tom and Rich returned phone calls immediately and gave me a very fair price. Their workers came quickly and completed the project in a very professional manner. In one full day of work, they were able to take off the old shingles, repair boards and leaks, and reshingle the two steep main roofs of my house. They cleaned up immaculately and were extremely safe. They were respectful of my property and fun to work with. It was a whirlwind of a day, but it turned out perfectly! I can very very highly recommend them."
