"Amazing work and even better guy, this guys a stud all around and knows what he is doing."

I grew up on a farm. I went to college. I have been a successful business owner for 6 years. Before starting my Contracting business I was a superintendent for a large glass company. I specialize in door and window installation/ replacement, bathroom remodeling, basement finishing, and demo/abatement work. Certified for Lead Abatement and swinging stage platform work. Have experience in project oversight, consulting, and good old labor. I enjoy design and engineering challenges, custom built and artistic projects but give the same attention to detail on the plain design jobs. I am probably too honest to get rich doing contract work, but i think that is something to be proud of. Im hardworking and resourceful making me a 1st choice for your next project.. I do consultation and oversight of many types of Contracting and construction jobs. My insight and experience across the board make me a valuable asset to customers who want the most for the money.

Hi, my name is Riley. I’m 22 years old and working hard to build my path as a general contractor. I take pride in honest work, reliability, and doing every job the right way. My goal is to provide quality craftsmanship people can trust while continuing to grow my business through hard work and dedication.

I am a veteran who believes in taking care of everyone just like I would my own family.

"From our first interaction with DDR at the Home & Garden Show this past April, we have enjoyed a very professional and pleasant experience with this company. Pat, our initial contact, worked with us to come up with a plan for our new sunroom addition, and Jesse was very patient as we designed and tweaked it. Both were forthcoming and worked diligently to give us a quality room addition while staying within our budget. The construction of our sunroom was managed by Kyle. We can’t say enough good things about our project manager! We appreciate his kindness and he’s just great at what he does! The communication between us could not have worked any better. We knew every week what to expect and were informed promptly if there were any changes. At one point we had a delay by the manufacturer in shipment of our windows. Kyle was right on top of that. He was honest about the delay and kept other aspects of the job moving as much as possible. In addition, he was very hands on during the entire process—many times we saw him interacting with the subcontractors to ensure there was no misunderstanding and that we received quality work. The subcontractors that DDR used did a great job. It was a pleasant surprise to get phone calls from the subs the day before to let us know they would be here. We received quality workmanship, all within a reasonable timeline. This is very rare and much appreciated! The entire process made us feel engaged and part of a team effort--not only did we want the project to be successful, but so did everyone else involved. That kind of work environment makes the project a pleasant experience. Congratulations to DDR and Kyle for exceeding our expectations. We enthusiastically recommend DDR to others! They have a great management team, prompt and skillful subcontractors, and a great business plan that would facilitate any remodeling or renovation. Thanks to DDR, and to Kyle, we have a beautiful sunroom that we will enjoy for many years!"

"After a previous contractor abandoned our project, took our money, and left us with framing so poorly done it failed inspection and had to be demolished, we were in a desperate spot. Many contractors refused to touch the mess, but Silver Lake Construction stepped up to the challenge. They didn't just build a garage; they carefully executed a custom design to match our country cottage. The team was honest, efficient, and stayed exactly on budget. What impressed me most was their pride in their work—they returned multiple times to fine-tune small details to ensure I was 100% satisfied. After a stressful start, working with Silver Lake was a breath of fresh air. I cannot recommend them highly enough. 10/10."

"I hired JS Painting Associates to do some drywall repair in two rooms where I had ceiling leaks and to patch a wall in another room. I selected JS after getting three quotes, and they were the most reasonably priced. They were able to schedule and complete my repairs very quickly, and did excellent work! In addition to the repairs being completed to my satisfaction, they also cleaned up after themselves and were very polite. I will be hiring them again. Normally, I never pay for painting work, but their quote was so reasonable and I was so pleased with their drywall work that I'm going to have them paint several rooms for me as well."

"Jill provided two different floor plans for us, and was very flexible, as far as working the option of piano into the room.  She responded to several follow-up questions I had, and provided suggestions for where to locate resources.  Jill was very easy to work with, and very accommodating. However, I found the process of working with a "virtual designer" to be a bit challenging for me.  That was definitely no fault of Jill's, thought.  I would use her again, particularly if I needed help with planning a room layout.
