"Sid Wright was great. My washer was mid cycle and stopped draining. I called Wright and I was able to get on the schedule the very next day. Sid come out knew exactly what was wrong within 10 secs of turning on the machine (and me describing issue before power). Described to me what the issue was and looked up the part to replace. Of course due to the age of the machine (10 yr +/-) when looking up the part it noted it was no longer manufactured. Sid assured me that was not true and he could get the part (new not refurbished etc). Long story short - he was able to get the part and I was put back on the schedule for the next day. It was a late window of 5-7pm, but grateful they were flexible to get me taken care of. Very responsive, office was great about getting me on schedule and rescheduled quickly. Work was done quickly. I highly recommend. Large appliances should last years with regular maintenance and i was glad to be able to keep the washing machine I had with a repair of $250 vs. buying new at $1000 +/-. Running like new again! Will definitely use again and recommend to anyone wanting honest advice on repairs and working of equipment."
