The installers showed up as scheduled and installed the new system quicker than expected, cleaned up, loaded the old unit and were gone. So far, so good."

"Alpine's sales rep, Bill Graves, came to the house several times to review the estimates he'd given me and to answer additional questions/concerns.  I signed the contract on Aug. 7th and the heat pump was installed on the 8th!!  Great service!  Due to additional work that needed to be done for the ductwork in the crawlspace, the service techs couldn't complete the returns that day but the air conditioning was up and running perfectly before they left that day.  The service techs had to return on the 12th to complete the installation of the new returns but that was completed within a couple of hours.
